Thank you for shopping with Colectic. As a curated marketplace, we actively monitor seller performance to maintain a consistent and reliable shipping experience. Below is everything you need to know about how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Because Colectic is a curated marketplace, each item is shipped directly by the individual seller. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the seller, but we work closely with our partners to ensure timely fulfillment.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, item weight, and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.

Order Tracking

Sellers are required to use tracked shipping services to ensure reliable delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes items from multiple sellers, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

Colectic is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to assist if issues arise.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Colectic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@colecticshop.com , and we will help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us at support@colecticshop.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with the seller to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders cannot be modified once placed. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase, and we will do our best to assist. Colectic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
