Shipping

Do you ship to my location?

Yes! Colectic currently ships throughout the United States. Simply enter your shipping address at checkout to see available shipping options and costs before completing your purchase.

If we aren't able to ship to your location, you'll be notified before placing your order.

How quickly will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 3 business days. Because Colectic items come from independent sellers, shipping times may vary slightly by seller. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

Check the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation email. If your package appears delayed, lost, or hasn't moved for several days, please contact us at support@colecticshop.com and we'll be happy to help.

What is Colectic?

Colectic is a curated marketplace built to connect shoppers with unique finds that might otherwise only be discovered in local vintage shops. We help independent sellers share their collections and make secondhand shopping feel effortless, inspiring, and fun.

Why shop secondhand?

Shopping secondhand helps extend the life of existing products, reduce waste, and support a more circular economy. It's a more sustainable way to discover pieces you'll love while keeping great items in use for years to come.

Are your items one of a kind?

Some are, yes. Though we sell some modern items, most items on Colectic are vintage, secondhand, or sourced in limited quantities, making them rare or even one of a kinds. Once an item sells, we often can't guarantee we'll find another exactly like it.

What condition are the items in?

Every Colectic item is carefully photographed and described by the seller. Any notable flaws, wear, stains, repairs, or imperfections are disclosed in the listing photos and description. Because many items are vintage or pre-loved, some signs of age and wear are part of the character.

What if an item doesn't fit?

Vintage, secondhand, and modern sizing can vary quite a bit, so we've marked an approximate modern size for each item. Unfortunately, we can never guarantee fit, so we recommend comparing the listed measurements to a similar item you already own to double check. If you have questions about fit before purchasing, we're always happy to help, and you can email or chat us.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes. We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives significantly different from its description. Because many Colectic finds are rare or one of a kind, we encourage shoppers to review measurements, photos, and item details carefully before purchasing.

Do you offer exchanges?

Because many items are one-of-a-kind, we do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, you're welcome to place a new order for another item.

What if my item arrives damaged or not as described?

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its listing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

How do I start a return?

To request a return, please email support@colecticshop.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as described

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back.

How are refunds processed?

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

What items are not eligible for return?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "scraps" or "for parts"
