At Colectic, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because we are a curated marketplace, all items are sourced and fulfilled by independent sellers. We work closely with our partners to ensure quality and accuracy, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days after your item is marked as delivered to your address to request a return within your customer account or by emailing support@colecticshop.com

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused by you

  • All original tags (if applicable) must be attached

  • Must include proof of purchase

Because many items are vintage or one-of-a-kind, signs of normal wear may be present and will be noted in the item description. These do not qualify as defects.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:

    • Damaged

    • Defective

    • Not as described in listing

    • Incorrect

In these cases, Colectic will provide a prepaid return label that must be used. 

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Not as described in listing

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you and the seller to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "scraps or for parts"

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Because items are often one-of-a-kind, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Colectic is a curated marketplace connecting buyers with independent sellers. While we manage the platform experience and support returns, individual sellers fulfill each order.

We review all return requests to ensure fairness for both buyers and sellers.
